The idea
Where does the money come from?
In Canada, the Clean Fuel Regulations recognize that charging a vehicle with clean electricity reduces emissions, and that charging generates credits. WattsApp, a registered charging network operator, collects and verifies your charger's data, handles the regulatory reporting, and passes part of the value back to you as points.

FAQ
Common questions
What are the points worth?
100 points are worth $1. At the current rate of 21 points per kWh, every kWh charged at home earns about $0.21. Points are redeemed for cash from your WattsApp dashboard.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining is free and needs no extra hardware. WattsApp is paid through the credits your charging generates.
What does the invite link do?
It doesn't change your earnings or your terms. It credits your sign-up to the referrer, who receives 1,000 points once you link your charger. Once you're a member, you get your own link and earn 1,000 points for every new charger owner you invite.
Is my data protected?
The connection uses Tesla's official sign-in: your credentials are never shared with WattsApp, and you manage access from your Tesla account. WattsApp only collects the charging data you authorize.
